What Is Berkeley About?

The premise of Berkeley without spoilers.

In 1968, young Ben Sweet enters UC Berkeley and finds himself immersed in a world vastly different from his upbringing. Confronted with the era’s counterculture movement, he experiences a period of significant personal change, challenging his conservative beliefs. Through encounters with sex, drugs, and music, Ben begins a journey of self-discovery, ultimately seeking a life independent from the expectations of his father.
