Alvin Sanders, a fast-talking, petty thief and hustler, finds his troubles multiply when a routine arrest for stealing prawns lands him in the middle of a deadly crossfire between a mastermind thief and relentless federal agents. The movie opens with Alvin sharing a jail cell with John Delano Jaster, who is himself on the run after pulling off a $42 million gold heist from the Federal Reserve. Jaster’s partner, Bristol, is revealed to be the true brains behind the operation: calculating, cold, and willing to kill to recover the gold. Bristol’s long memory and technical savvy make him a formidable foe who will stop at nothing to locate where Jaster hid the gold, even if it means targeting anyone who stands in the way.
