She steals his keys and infiltrates his home, where she witnesses him bringing a prostitute into the space and records the encounter.

In a desperate, dangerous turn, Jennifer provides drugs to the organ, reviving it, and triggering a fatal overdose for Batz. The strange sequence culminates as the penis re-enters Jennifer, and she experiences a final, extreme culmination. The object leaves her body and dies, and Jennifer collapses as she gives birth to a grotesque, half-human, half-penis mutant baby, a chilling end to a tale that centers on obsession, transformation, and the fragility of life.
