Duncan's life is fraught with stress, and it manifests in a bizarre way: a tiny demon named Milo takes residence in his digestive system. Milo unleashes havoc and seeks revenge on those who have caused Duncan distress. To regain control and protect others from Milo's wrath, Duncan seeks help from a hypnotherapist and must find a way to appease this internal tormentor in a surreal and escalating conflict.
