Sunshine Sicat Ai-Ai delas Alas is on her way to her wedding, only to discover the ceremony has already ended as the guests have gone home. On her second attempt, the groom, Dindo Sicat Joseph Estrada, stops to help a pregnant woman in distress, delaying the ceremony. They decide to have a civil wedding, and soon they welcome a large family with five sons and a daughter named Charlie Toni Gonzaga.

Charlie meets Prince Price Sam Milby on a road, but Dindo disapproves of him as her boyfriend. Sunshine, however, believes Charlie deserves a partner who can provide a secure future. When Prince and his family move to the United States, the couple begins a long-distance relationship online, keeping their connection alive across oceans. Prince returns and proposes to Charlie.

Prince’s parents arrive from Hawaii, and his mother Marlene Dionisia Pacquiao clashes with Sunshine over wedding preparations. On the wedding day, Dindo wrestles with a problem at his jeepney terminal when a pregnant woman appears again. By the time Dindo and Prince reach the venue, it is too late, and a misunderstanding drives Prince and Charlie to call off the wedding.

Sunshine tells Charlie that Prince is leaving for the US again. The two rush to catch him, and Prince proposes once more, rekindling their love. On Charlie’s wedding day, Dindo and Sunshine finally have their long-awaited church wedding in a double ceremony, with Marlene catching both bouquets.
