Aindhaam Thalaimurai Sidha Vaidhiya Sigamani 2014

Sigamani is a young man who refuses to go to school. After a heated argument between his father and the school teacher, his father declares that his son does not have to attend classes. This decision leaves Sigamani illiterate and uneducated as he grows into adulthood.

About twenty-five years pass, and Sigamani has become a siddha specialist, following his family’s traditional path. In the background, a marriage broker, Vijay Sethupathy, tries hard to find an educated girl for him, but his efforts are thwarted by Sigamani’s lack of formal schooling. The broker’s task proves difficult, and he remains unable to secure the right match.

Because Sigamani is uneducated, he is easily cheated by his friends, which underlines the precarious social situation around him. His only truly trustworthy ally is Paalpandi, a friend who sticks by him despite the odds. In a desperate bid to change his fate, Sigamani decides to wait outside a college, hoping to spot an educated girl he can love and marry.

Then he notices Nandini and sets his sights on winning her over. One day, Sigamani and Paalpandi follow Nandini to her home, stepping deeper into a plot that tests trust and intention. After overhearing an unknown phone call, Nandini’s father, Chinnadurai, mistakes Sigamani for a doctor who has studied MBBS and decides to arrange their marriage. The plan succeeds, and Sigamani is happy to see his long-held dream of marrying an educated girl come true.

Before the interval, Ravichandar places another major twist in the story to keep the audience on the edge, adding a fresh turn that reshapes the path of these intertwined lives.
