During a brief hunt, Fabrizio Sangermano shoots his wife Valeria Piaget Sangermano with a shotgun. There are no eyewitnesses, and the shock of the act reverberates through the family. Maria Teresa Sangermano Testa, Fabrizio’s cousin, remains convinced of his innocence, even as the scandal threatens to swallow them all.
