What Is 18 Roughs About?
The premise of 18 Roughs without spoilers.
Shimazaki, a shipyard worker, accepts his employer’s offer of free lodging in a seaside company dormitory if he runs it. He soon learns he must also look after a group of unruly youths, becoming a well‑meaning yet ineffective warden. The boys behave at work but quickly turn into a chaotic mob back in the dorms.
