Detective Burke leads a covert operation with his two associates as they invade the residence of notorious drug dealer George Freemont to locate crucial evidence that links Burke to narcotics distribution. Meanwhile, Detective John Shaw fresh off a grieving period due to his partner Ray Jones’ untimely death, returns to work, where he is met with a mix of support and suspicion from his colleagues. As Shaw navigates the tense situation, he witnesses an opportunity when Burke’s henchman Meeks, who is working to locate him, is held hostage. Seizing the moment, Burke kills Meeks, and the fight intensifies as Shaw pulls off a daring escape.
