Alfonso Cuarón

Alfonso Tiberio Cuarón Orozco, widely known as Alfonso Cuarón, is a highly respected Mexican filmmaker born on November 28, 1961, in Mexico City. With a career spanning across several decades, Cuarón has become a leading figure in the movie industry, boasting an impressive accumulation of five Academy Awards, seven BAFTA Awards, and three Golden Globe Awards to his name. His filmmaking journey started with the romantic comedy Sólo con tu pareja and continued with popular adaptations like A Little Princess and Great Expectations.
