Experience a night of sheer musical brilliance as the Royal Conservatory Orchestra brings a star‑studded program to life under the dynamic baton of Canadian conductor Tania Miller. Miller, famed artistic director of the Brott Music Festival, the National Academy Orchestra, and Brott Opera, recently debuted with the National Symphony of Mexico and will soon appear with the Xalapa Symphony, Janáček Philharmonic, and Madison Symphony. The program features Ludwig van Beethoven’s “Overture to Egmont, Op. 84”; Erich Wolfgang Korngold’s Violin Concerto in D Major, Op. 35—whose themes are drawn from the scores of *Another Dawn* (1937), *Anthony Adverse* (1936) and *The Prince and the Pauper* (1937)—with the brilliant Anna Yin, Grand Prize winner of the 2026 Robert W. and G Ann Corcoran Concerto Competition; Richard Strauss’s “Death and Transfiguration,” Op. 24; and Strauss’s Suite from *Der Rosenkavalier*, T V 227d.
