Aukso X Hadrian Filip Tabęcki: Andrzej Wajda. Film Music: Dates, Cities & Tickets

AUKSO X Hadrian Filip Tabęcki: Andrzej Wajda, Film Music

Explore the world of original film music on the third joint adventure of AUKSO and the daring composer Hadrian Filip Tabęcki, known for his electrifying rock‑inspired scores to Teutonic Knights and the surreal Day of the Wacko. In The Man from Music Tabęcki pushes sonic boundaries and revisits the works of celebrated Polish composers, from the symphonic‑dramatic grandeur of Jan Krenz, the funk‑psychedelic flair of Andrzej Korzyński, the patriotic‑romantic touch of Henryk Kilar, to the dreamlike essence of Stanisław Radwan of the Young Poland era.

Yet the evening’s true star is the legendary cinema maestro Andrzej Wajda. His lifetime of film music becomes a living textbook of Poland’s 20th‑century musical landscape and a vivid chronicle of the nation’s modern history, traversing the Napoleonic era, the Industrial Revolution, the horrors of the Holocaust, the heroics of the Warsaw Uprising, the oppression of Stalinism, and culminating in the jubilant spirit of Solidarity.

Join us for an operatic odyssey that celebrates Poland’s past, present, and the unforgettable soul of its cinema.
