Paul Bettany

Paul Bettany was born on May 27, 1971 in London and is best known for his pivotal role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as J.A.R.V.I.S. and Vision, notably in the Disney+ miniseries WandaVision (2021) which got him a Primetime Emmy Award nomination. He kickstarted his career with films like Gangster No. 1 (2000), A Knight's Tale (2001), and A Beautiful Mind (2001). His portrayal of Stephen Maturin in the film Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World (2003) got him nominated for a BAFTA Award. Bettany's filmography includes notable films like Dogville (2003), The Da Vinci Code (2006), Margin Call (2011), Legend (2015), and Solo: A Star Wars Story (2018). He also made his directorial debut with Shelter in 2014.
