Kate Fleetwood (born 24 September 1972) is an acclaimed English actress having a versatile career spanning over stages, cinemas, and television productions. Fleetwood is best recognized for her extraordinary performance as Lady Macbeth in Macbeth, a performance that earned her a nomination for a Tony Award. The play was initially staged at Chichester Festival Theatre but soon made its way to the West End and Broadway due to its immense popularity. This was not her lone recognition though; Fleetwood's performance as Julie in London Road at the National Theatre brought her an Olivier Award nomination in 2012.
