American actress, singer, and producer Emma Rose Roberts was born on February 10, 1991. Known for her wide-ranging performances across multiple film genres, including horror and thriller, her impactful work in these genres has earned her the title of a 'scream queen'. Roberts made her acting debut in the crime film Blow, however, she shot to fame for her lead role as Addie Singer on the Nickelodeon television teen sitcom Unfabulous. Here, she also released her debut soundtrack album, Unfabulous and More. Her film portfolio is extensive, featuring films like Aquamarine, Nancy Drew, Wild Child, Hotel for Dogs, Valentine's Day, and Scream 4, to name a few. Roberts has earned nominations for several awards throughout her career, including a Young Artist Award, an MTV Movie & TV Award, and a ShoWest Award. In addition, Roberts is the co-founder of Belletrist, a book club aimed at promoting reading. Emma also established her production company, Belletrist TV and secured a first-look television deal with Hulu, focusing on book adaptations for television. Her debut as an executive producer came with the adaptation of Carola Lovering's Tell Me Lies, which premiered in September 2022.
