**Algee Smith IV** is a renowned American actor and singer, widely acclaimed for portraying roles such as Ralph Tresvant in BET's *The New Edition Story* miniseries and Larry Reed in Kathryn Bigelow's award-winning film *Detroit*. Additionally, he is recognized for his role as Christopher 'Chris' McKay in the HBO drama series *Euphoria*. Smith kicked off his acting career in Atlanta after relocating from Michigan at the age of eight. With the support of his parents – an occultist father and a fashion designer mother – he grew his passion for the arts and made his first rap recording when he was just nine years old.
