Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video 2024

In 1997 in Rishikesh, Vidya [Triptii Dimri], a doctor who defies tradition by calling off her arranged marriage, convinces her parents to let her wed her childhood sweetheart, Vicky [Rajkummar Rao], a cheerful mehendi artist. For their honeymoon, the couple escapes to Goa, where Vicky convinces Vidya to record their first night together. Upon returning home, they slip a disc containing the intimate video into their CD player and drift off to sleep, only to be awakened by a break-in that robs the house of valuables, including the CD player and the family’s ancestral sword. Vicky’s lie—that he had removed the disc before sleep—sets the stage for a tangle of mistrust and farce.

Inspector Laadle [Vijay Raaz] arrives to investigate the burglary and immediately becomes infatuated with Chanda [Mallika Sherawat], Vicky’s promiscuous but gamophobic sister, creating chaotic confusion for the family’s naive and embittered maid, who is also named Chanda. Laadle proves hapless at his job, meanwhile his attention stays fixed on wooing Chanda, leaving the real trouble to simmer beneath the surface. Vicky, meanwhile, tangles with a shady dealer of illicit videotapes and embarks on a wild chase to recover the missing disc, never quite recognizing the danger he’s in. He learns of a local flea market where a crafty burglar named Badshah operates, but his clues remain murky and his memory murkier.

Vidya, growing increasingly unsettled, tries to revive the moment—she asks Vicky to play the tape again, and he bolts, desperate to avoid confessing the truth. The trail grows colder until a friend reveals that their ancestral sword was found with a Zimbabwean tourist who bought it at the flea market, driving Vicky to Chaabiwale Chacha, Badshah’s business partner. Vicky’s intimidation cracks Chaabiwale’s defenses, and he reveals Badshah’s location. All the while, Vidya shadows Vicky and witnesses him with the tourist, fueling her suspicions that he’s cheating.

The search intensifies when Vicky discovers a comatose Badshah in his hotel room, though the disc itself has vanished. Laadle arrives and, in a frantic escape, Vicky scales the scaffolding to flee and ends up in prison, where the truth about the CD finally comes to light before a horrified Vidya. Chaabiwale Chacha aids Vicky’s escape; he returns home and tries to apologize, but Vidya’s heartbroken response—“never speak to me again”—thrusts him into a deep, reluctant resolve. In a dramatic twist, a desperate Vicky attempts to end his life by leaping before a train, only to be saved by Vidya, sparking a fragile reconciliation and a vow to face the future together.

Meanwhile, Bulbul didi, a local godwoman, and her bumbling henchmen Sunil and Shetty are revealed as the masterminds who left Badshah for dead and stole the disc from his hotel room. They extort money from Vicky by calling the family landline, a scheme that Vidya uncovers—though the call is overheard by Vicky’s grandfather and sister, who fear the tape implicates them as well. Bulbul, Sunil, and Shetty press their advantage and head to a graveyard for the exchange, with Vicky and Vidya arriving in parallel, while Laadle and Chanda also converge, all unaware of each other’s presence.

A funeral procession for Cristiano D’Costa arrives with Badshah hidden inside the coffin, and chaos erupts when Sunil drops the CD into the grave. Badshah bursts from the grave, sending everyone running, until Laadle can seize him along with Bulbul, Sunil, and Shetty. When the tape is finally played, the couple is stunned to discover that it isn’t their Goa night at all, but another wedding-night video featuring different footage of them. Badshah reveals that the tape came from a car he stole, and it points toward Pardesi, the idiotic brother-in-law of Sajjan Kumar, a local leader who stages community weddings to capture moments on tape and peddle them to a Dubai-based Sheikh.

When confronted, Pardesi confesses that Sajjan Kumar runs the operation, secretly filming couples and selling the videos. Sajjan Kumar’s face remains unseen, but his next event looms. Laadle takes the Sheikh’s car and steps into the Sheikh’s role for the moment, while Sajjan discovers his daughter Swati is among the newlyweds. The Sheikh flees with the disc to the audience outside, and Swati’s complicity is exposed, bringing Sajjan’s scheme into the light.

The search for the Goa tape continues as a crucial clue surfaces: Vicky’s little brother finds the Goa tape hidden under Vicky’s bed, a relic that had slipped out during the original burglary. As Vidya races to seize it, the child accidentally tosses the tape away, and it lands on a passing minitruck playing devotional Durga songs and carrying a Durga idol. In a final chase, Vidya and Vicky race after the truck, setting the stage for what feels like a promising setup for a sequel.
