Tony Sebastian is a renowned boxer who often resorts to dirty tactics to win. In a brutal finale of one match, he kills his opponent, pushing his coach to rethink their methods. Tony is portrayed by Kabir Duhan Singh, and this shocking moment sets the stage for a broader conflict about power, pride, and the price of victory.

Vijayendra’s search leads him to the house of a former wrestler named Sarkar, who lives in Gajendragarh. Suniel Shetty embodies Sarkar, a man who has seen the harsh realities of the sport and taken in a young orphan named Krishna. Krishna fights off a group of boys in exchange for helping other kids get food, a moment that deeply impresses Sarkar. Inspired by Krishna’s fighting spirit, Sarkar adopts him and nurtures him into the wrestler known as Kichcha. Krishna/Kichcha is portrayed by Sudeep, and his rise becomes a symbol of skill married to principle in a world saturated with trickery.

In the same arc, a goon mocks Sarkar during a match, prompting Kichcha to defend himself against him and his henchmen in a temple. It’s there that Rukmini, played by Aakanksha Singh, first notices him, and the pair quickly fall in love despite Kichcha’s vow to wait until he becomes a national champion. This romance thrusts the couple into a collision of personal dreams with public duty, as their bond stands in opposition to the forces arrayed against them.

The romance collides with the political calculus around Raja Rana Pratap Singh, the oppressive ruler of Ranasthalipura who believes defeating Kichcha in a wrestling match will fulfill his late father’s dream. The situation is further complicated when Rukmini’s father, Avinash, initially opposes the marriage, suspecting that Kichcha is after her wealth. He reports his concerns to Sarkar, who subtly nudges Kichcha to keep his focus on wrestling while navigating the personal storm around him.

Years pass, and Rana’s shadow still looms. Rana kidnaps Kichcha’s daughter and sends goons to pressure him into wrestling on his terms. Sarkar intervenes, fighting some of the attackers, while a badly injured Kichcha defeats Rana after a fierce struggle. Rana is eventually arrested, and a bruised but unbroken Kichcha is reconciled with Sarkar. Seeing Kichcha’s true fighting prowess, Vijayendra proposes that he train for a boxing career, aiming to use the prize money to help the poor but talented children who dream of a better life.

With Sarkar’s blessing, Kichcha begins formal boxing training under the guidance of Sarkar and a dedicated Boxing Coach. Sharath Lohitashwa embodies the Boxing Coach, helping to translate Kichcha’s raw wrestling power into boxing technique. The road is rocky at first; Kichcha wrestles with the rules and occasionally falls back on familiar, non-permitted moves in the ring. Yet, with steady coaching and iron will, he learns to adapt, gradually overcoming opponents one by one as he moves toward the final clash of the tournament.

When the national match day arrives, Kichcha’s earlier temperaments give way to refined strategy. He faces Tony once more, who fights dirty and injures him with illegal tactics, threatening disqualification when his vision falters. A doctor helps him pass the crucial vision test, and the bout resumes. Despite taking brutal blows and fighting through mounting fatigue, Kichcha endures and ultimately defeats Tony in a hard-fought victory.

In a closing moment that ties back to the movie’s true north, the winner’s prize money becomes a vehicle for hope. Tony’s condescending joke about cookies from Vijayendra’s bakery fades into the background as Kichcha dedicates the win to Sarkar and to all the poor, talented children he hopes to support. The film closes on a note of resilience and compassion, with Kichcha stepping into a future where his skill serves a larger, nobler purpose.
