Reda, a French wannabe tough guy who runs a boxing gym, is propelled from wishful swagger into a real crisis when his younger brother, Brahim Bouhlel, a social media influencer obsessed with narcoculture and Pablo Escobar who nicknames himself “Pablito,” is kidnapped by cartel members during a trip to Colombia. Driven by a mix of loyalty and bravado, Reda gathers his gym crew and vows to escort them to Medellín to rescue Brahim, hoping to turn a reckless stunt into a rescue mission. The plan kicks off with a rough team-up at the airport, where only his childhood buddy Franck Gastambide as Stan and Anouar Toubali as Chafik answer the call, turning a simple vigil into a muddy, high-stakes adventure.

In Medellín, the trio heads straight for trouble, landing at a seedy strip club where they interrogate Cynthia, a pole dancer who speaks a little French and seems to be guiding them toward danger. A wild, drug-fueled night ensues, filled with cocaine-fueled swagger and reckless excess as the trio revels in the chaos. They wake with brutal headaches and realize, to their shock, that they have accidentally abducted Don Nacho, El Diablo’s son, an innocent misstep that instantly shifts the dynamic of their mission. Don Nacho is portrayed by Ariel Sierra.

Reda’s online post begs for Brahim’s return in exchange for Don Nacho, a move that pulls Brahim back into the plot in a startling twist. The brother’s voice crackles through Reda’s phone, only to reveal that Brahim had orchestrated his own kidnapping as a social-media stunt, and is actually enjoying a vacation elsewhere in Colombia. With the truth exposed, the three decide to rescue Brahim for real this time, but the cartel is already closing in. A tense car chase and a furious shoot-out send them scrambling, and Brahim is seized by the cartel once more, forcing Reda, Stan, and Chafik to improvise a new plan on the run.

A real hostage exchange becomes the next brutal act. Through a video call, El Diablo taunts them by showing Brahim mauled by one of his attack dogs, while Reda and his companions are stranded at sea with Don Nacho stashed away in the trunk. Don Nacho’s fate grows even darker when he tries to swim back to the boat and loses his legs to a shark, forcing the group to rush to a local veterinary clinic. A transfusion becomes a matter of life and death, and Chafik—Anouar Toubali—offers his blood as a universal donor, risking his own life to save a boy caught in the crossfire. The trio heads toward a Medellín cemetery to execute the exchange, hoping to end the nightmare.

To mislead their pursuers, the team hides Don Nacho’s severed limbs under a blanket and flees with Brahim, only to be exposed when El Diablo’s men force the vehicle door open. A brutal chase erupts through the city’s shaded alleys, and the group’s luck wavers until Cynthia, revealed as undercover officer Marissa, joins their escape. Essined Aponte plays Marissa, a cop who discovers that the entire police force is compromised, complicating the mission but not extinguishing the will to survive.

With Marissa’s help, they seek out Robbie, an American military operative played by Mike Tyson. Robbie trains Reda and Stan in firearms and coordinates a plan to locate Brahim using a GPS tracker. Chafik engineers a distraction at a cartel bar, and the tracker confirms Brahim’s location, though a misstep leaves Chafik captured and locked in a cage. Robbie’s team neutralizes waves of goons at a cocaine production facility, freeing Brahim and reuniting him with his allies, but the loss of time means they must improvise again.

A hacienda outside the city—Pablo Escobar’s own property—becomes the culmination point. Inside, Brahim recognizes a hidden passage that leads to a helicopter, offering a last chance to escape. Marissa asks Reda to help her wipe out the cartel, and they prepare a brutal plan: rig the house with explosives and lure El Diablo and his gang into a final trap. Meanwhile, Stan learns to pilot the helicopter via online tutorials, while Reda barricades himself in a bedroom, realizing the reinforced walls will block the remote detonation signal. In a self-sacrificial act, Reda chooses to stay behind, triggering the explosive trap and taking the cartel down with him as the helicopter lifts off toward safety.

In the end, Reda’s daring stand earns him the status of a local hero, celebrated in France for his courage and selflessness. The story closes on a note of hard-won triumph, tempered with the cost of bravado and the fragile line between ambition and responsibility, as the surviving crew members carry the memory of a mission that began as a dangerous stunt and ended as a testament to loyalty and courage.
