Banana Killer opens the nightmare

A serial killer nicknamed the Banana Killer begins abducting elderly men across Kerala, hammering them to death and dumping their bodies with a banana stuffed in their mouths. The cruelty of the murders spreads fear across the state and triggers a wide–scale manhunt. Investigators quickly recognize the banana signature as a chilling clue.

Top cop Ajay Ramachandran leads a statewide manhunt to capture the Banana Killer, driven in part by the grief over his missing dog Pakru. The investigation tightens across districts as new clues surface and the public grows anxious.

Luke P.P becomes a prime suspect

The police zero in on Luke P.P as the main suspect behind the killings. The people of Vallikkunnu view him as a menace and crowdsource funds to send him to the Czech Republic to keep him away from their town.

Luke’s breakup and lingering anger

Luke’s troublemaking reputation continues as his girlfriend Jessy, a kickboxer, dumps him. He also begins tailing Jessy, trying to confront her about the split, pulling him deeper into the unfolding mystery.

Kuruppu is introduced as the next target

Keshava Kuruppu, described as a perverted old man, is dropped off at an old age home by his son after an incident with his wife. He becomes the killer’s next target as the manhunt intensifies.

Kuruppu’s bar encounter and bus journey

Kuruppu escapes the old age home and ends up in a bar where he is found by SK. SK takes him along on a bus, with Jessy and the bus crew also aboard as night falls.

On the bus, tragedy and cover-up

Kuruppu harasses Jessy on the bus and she sprays pepper, triggering an asthma attack that kills him instantly. SK suggests taking responsibility for a small payout and everyone agrees to dispose of the body.

Investigation tightens around Pakru and Kuruppu

The police discover the victims were all insurance agents and realize Kuruppu was the next target. A CCTV clip shows Pakru in the frame with Kuruppu, hinting at a dangerous link between the two.

Luke intervenes and plans a tomb burial

Luke, who had tailed Jessy, boards the bus to help her and proposes burying Kuruppu’s body in the tomb of a recently deceased swimmer. Aruvi notices a chest tattoo on the corpse that hints at a father–son connection, raising perplexing questions.

Tattoo twist and cremation decision

Aruvi realizes the tattoo is not unique to his father, suggesting Kuruppu may not be his biological father. The group agrees to end the tomb burial plan and instead cremate the body in the junkyard according to rites.

SK’s true identity revealed

SK reveals his true identity as the Banana Killer and threatens the passengers. The police stop the vehicle briefly, but SK escapes with the corpse, setting the stage for a final confrontation.

Luke’s sacrifice and bounty

The police announce a ten lakh bounty on Luke. He decides to take the blame for the Banana Killer to protect Jessy and allow the others to escape, a selfless act that costs him personally.

Pakru is found; pursuit leads to the junkyard

Luke locates Pakru, the missing dog, and phones Ramachandran, unaware that the officer is leading the case. He then deduces from drone footage that SK moved the body to a junkyard and prepares for the final showdown.
