An SI known as K arrives in Nanchenkotta and immediately takes action against Amarnath's gang. He burns a captured goon alive, signaling a shift to aggressive, makeshift methods to restore order. He rallies the other cops to clear Amarnath's goons and begins a crackdown.

The gun factory confrontation

K visits the illegal gun manufacturing site headed by Appu and threatens its shutdown. The confrontation exposes the illegal infrastructure sustaining Amarnath's regime. Appu's resistance foreshadows the clash between the law and the underworld.
