Amrit Rathod, an Lakshya, serves as a skilled NSG commando who, along with his colleague Viresh “Bhukhan” Chatwal, Abhishek Chauhan, returns to the scenic town of Palampur in Himachal Pradesh. Their peaceful life is disrupted when Amrit’s long-time partner, Tulika Singh, played by Tanya Maniktala, the daughter of a powerful and influential business tycoon named Baldev Singh Thakur (Harsh Chhaya), faces unforeseen difficulties.
The story takes a dramatic turn when Baldev arranges Tulika’s engagement to another man, Jass Pratap Singh (Arun Thakur). This arrangement prompts Amrit and Viresh to travel from Palampur to Ranchi, where the engagement ceremony is set to take place. In a heartfelt moment, Amrit pleads with Tulika to elope, expressing his feelings and urging her to run away with him, but Tulika, full of fear and concern about her father’s possible wrath, refuses to take the risk.
The following day, Tulika and her family board a high-speed express train heading from Ranchi to New Delhi. Unbeknownst to them, Amrit and Viresh also hop onto the same train, hoping to find a chance to speak with Tulika again. During the train journey, Amrit finally seizes an emotional moment to propose to Tulika, hoping to turn their fate around. Some parts of the train are protected by armed Railway Police Force guards, providing a slight layer of security amidst the chaos.
However, the tranquility is short-lived. As the train reaches Daltonganj station, it is suddenly infiltrated by a dangerous group of armed dacoits led by the cunning and ruthless Fani Bhushan (Raghav Juyal). Their plan is to execute a swift heist, targeting specific coaches, and then make a quick escape. Fani’s father, Beni Bhushan (Ashish Vidyarthi), a notorious leader of the gang, is waiting with his men and state-of-the-art communication jammers that prevent any news of the robbery from reaching outside authorities.
The chaos begins when Fani and his gang kill the armed guards on board and start their robbery. Fani quickly learns that Baldev Singh Thakur is also on the train, which he perceives as a jackpot for ransom. During the chaos, Fani kills Baldev’s loyal bodyguard, Pratap Verma, who was also traveling with them. Fani then attempts to kidnap Baldev and his family but is thwarted when Amrit and Viresh intervene. During a fierce confrontation, Viresh sacrifices himself by killing Babban, Fani’s uncle, to protect Tulika’s mother (Meenal Kapoor).
The situation spirals further out of control when Ravi (Devang Bagga), Babban’s son, is lured into the chaos, seeking revenge alongside Fani and the other bandits who are now determined to kill as many passengers as possible before escaping at their pre-decided station. Amid the violence, Amrit and Viresh continue to fight the bandits, engaging in intense battles, with Fani using a child as a hostage to exact control over the train. Fani attempts to shoot Viresh with a homemade firearm, missing narrowly, and manages to capture a wounded Viresh. Meanwhile, Amrit takes Ravi hostage and searches the train for Tulika’s sister, Ahaana, who is trapped somewhere onboard.
The train halts at a railway crossing, bringing new trouble, as Beni and more bandits board the train, having learned of Babban’s death. Fani devises a new plan to use Viresh as bait to lure out Amrit, as the train becomes a battleground. To complicate matters, Tulika confronts Fani, and together with her father Baldev, they manage to open the locked gate between coaches and try to reach Amrit. In the chaos, Fani fatally stabs Tulika and cruelly throws her off the moving train, enraging Amrit. His grief fuels an unstoppable rage, and he begins a brutal killing spree against the bandits.
Beni criticizes Fani for killing Tulika, fearing the wrath of Baldev, who is now furious and determined to save his family. Meanwhile, the passengers, including Tulika’s sister Ahaana and some brave trains staff, manage to barricade themselves, alerting Railway Security forces who had been previously unaware due to the bandits’ jammers. With the police now on their way, the gang, led by Fani, desperately tries to escape, narrowly avoiding gunfire.
Amrit encounters Siddhi, the gang’s enforcer, leading to a fierce fight in a dimly lit coach. Siddhi overpowers Amrit and prepares to throw him off the train, but is attacked from behind by Arif (Akash Pramanik), a passenger who is killed in the confrontation. Amidst the violence, Ahaana and Viresh are rescued by the police, and they are reunited with Baldev.
However, the gang’s chaos continues when Fani and two others reboard the train, killing police officers and taking more hostages, including Baldev’s family. Viresh, severely wounded, sacrifices himself while trying to protect others. In a tragic turn, during a dark fight, Amrit kills Ravi, but is deceived by a bandit disguised as a passenger, which results in him being knocked out and taken captive.
Fani taunts Amrit about Tulika’s death, and Beni argues with him about sparing Baldev’s life. Using the chaos to his advantage, Amrit fights back in a final showdown, setting the stage for a gritty confrontation. In the climax, Amrit confronts Fani, the last remaining bandit, and after a brutal hand-to-hand fight, he finally overpowers him, ending Fani’s reign of terror with a hammer and his fists.
As the train reaches Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhaya Railway Station in Uttar Pradesh, security personnel and paramedics swarm onto the train to rescue the remaining passengers. Amrit sits injured and exhausted on a bench, hallucinating Tulika by his side, symbolizing his lingering grief and the emotional scars left by this harrowing ordeal.
Throughout this gripping story of chaos, heroism, and heartbreak, the film highlights themes of sacrifice, loyalty, and the indomitable spirit of a man willing to risk everything to save the people he loves from a nightmare that unfolds on a moving train.
