In the waiting room, he catches the attention of a beautiful girl, Sibel, portrayed by Sibel Kekilli. When called in for his appointment, he speaks with the doctor about his suicidal thoughts. Leaving the office in a bad mood, Cahit is approached by Sibel, who surprisingly asks him to marry her. Taken aback, he dismisses her request.

Later, during a meal in a rehabilitation center, we learn more about Sibel’s tumultuous home life. Her family, especially her brother, Yilmaz, and father, Yunus, express anger over Sibel’s failed suicide attempt, scolding her for her actions. During a chance encounter, Sibel introduces herself to Cahit, and the two soon embark on an escapade from the center to a nearby bar, where their conversation deepens, revealing Sibel’s traumatic past, including an incident with her brother.
