A compelling and layered story unfolds around Lorry (Prateik Babbar), a talented footballer who dreams of attending an American college. His aspirations are dashed by financial constraints, leaving him feeling disappointed and unfulfilled. Meanwhile, his girlfriend Tani (Anaitha Nair) secures a scholarship to study in the US, a milestone that initially brings her joy but also deepens Lorry’s feelings of regret. Despite her success, Lorry struggles with his own unachieved dreams, which leads him to a dangerous proposition: his friend Ricky (Gulshan Devaiah) offers him a risky way to get into the US by smuggling drugs, promising to help him realize his goal. Reluctantly, Lorry agrees, and at the airport, he manages to pass through security with the illegal substances hidden in his possession.

Parallel to this story is the narrative of ACP Vishnu Kamath (Abhishek Bachchan), a former corrupt police officer who had succumbed to accepting bribes to support his family. Tragedy struck when his family died in a car accident, which profoundly changed him. Several years later, he is approached by the Chief Minister of Goa to lead an operation aimed at dismantling the local drug mafia, which is controlled by the ruthless Lorsa Biscuita (Aditya Pancholi). Kamath accepts the challenge and successfully begins to crack down on the drug syndicate, which causes panic among the drug dealers working under Biscuita’s command. The drug distribution network is protected by a mysterious figure named Michael Barbosa, who answers only to Biscuita and remains a shadowy presence in the underworld.

Zoey (Bipasha Basu), who works for Biscuita, is involved in orchestrating drug operations and manages a meeting with the drug dealers, promising that their products will be safe with a figure named Michael Barbosa. Her character’s background reveals a tragic past; once an aspiring air hostess, she faced failure and was dragged into drug trafficking to repay her mentor Biscuita, which eventually led to her imprisonment. Her broken dreams and the betrayal by Biscuita haunt her, especially after Biscuita’s brutal abuse and manipulation. Her former relationship with Joki (Rana Daggubati) is also explored—Joki, her ex-boyfriend, had introduced her to Biscuita initially and is now determined to prevent her from falling further into the drug world.

As the investigation progresses, Kamath tracks Ricky, who is found dead before he can testify. The police then discover Lorry at the airport, with drugs hidden in his luggage—leading to his arrest and detention in juvenile jail. Joki attempts to intervene and help Lorry, but his efforts are thwarted by threats from Biscuita, who is determined to keep his operations hidden. In jail, Joki reconnects with Zoey, rekindling old feelings and seeking her help to save Lorry. She provides him with critical information about Biscuita’s plans involving a major rave event in neighboring Karnataka, where Michael Barbosa will be involved in drug exchanges.

The climax reaches a tense and violent confrontation when Kamath orchestrates a raid on Biscuita’s drug party, arresting several dealers and uncovering secrets linking Biscuita to the elusive Michael Barbosa. As the situation escalates, Kamath’s trusted team member, Rane (Govind Namdeo), reveals his concealed loyalty to Biscuita, leading to Kamath’s tragic demise at the hands of Rane who shoots him. The truth about Barbosa is eventually uncovered—Barbosa is revealed not as a person but as a secret stash of drugs hidden beneath Biscuita’s compound.

Joki takes decisive action to dismantle the drug empire from within. He carefully stores the cocaine, then arranges a meeting with Rane, whom he suspects of betrayal, and in a pivotal moment, Joki kills Rane, exposing his involvement in Kamath’s death. The story culminates with Biscuita’s empire unraveling: his stockpile of drugs is discovered and destroyed in his own electric furnace, symbolically punishing his greed and corruption. Biscuita faces justice at the hands of Rozanna (Mariah Pucu Gantois Gomes), who, in a twist, possibly kills him in revenge.

In a closing scene of apparent reconciliation and hope, Lorry arrives at a beach party where Joki is performing a song, with Tani joyfully reuniting with him. The film leaves viewers reflecting on the blurred lines between corruption, redemption, and the relentless pursuit of dreams, ending on a note of renewed hope and resilience.
