Undercover Thai police Deaw and Puntakarn orchestrate a sting to take down drug lord General Yang. A high-speed truck chase follows, culminating in Yang's capture. Puntakarn is killed by a bomb planted in one of Yang's trucks, leaving Deaw to cope with the loss.

Deaw seeks solace at a charity event in Pha-thong Village

To cope with his loss, Deaw accompanies his sister Nui to a charity event sponsored by the Sports Authority to distribute relief goods. They help entertain and assist residents of Pha-thong Village near the Thai/Burmese border. The athletes' presence uplifts the locals amid rising tensions.

Militia overruns the village and imposes a deadline

Armed militia invade the relief event, killing several people and taking others hostage. They demand General Yang's release within 24 hours, threatening more bloodshed if their demand is not met. The deadline is set for 8:00 a.m. the next day, and the Prime Minister's attempt to intervene is thwarted when surveillance cameras reveal Task Force 90 troops nearby.

Deaw infiltrates the militia camp and uncovers the missile plan

While attempting to rescue hostages, Deaw infiltrates the militia camp and discovers their plan to launch a nuclear missile toward Bangkok once Yang is released, and then blow up the village after their escape. He is captured and thrown in with the villagers, heightening the peril for everyone involved.

General Yang is released and escorted toward the village

The next morning, General Yang is released from prison and airlifted toward Pha-thong Village. Army helicopters arrive as the militia escorts him, signaling renewed tension and the looming threat of violence.

National Anthem sparks an improvised uprising

A radio broadcast of the Thai National Anthem inspires the athletes and villagers to rise up against their captors. Unarmed, they join the fight as armed soldiers try to keep control, shifting the balance of power in the village.

Militia leader is killed and Yang is recaptured

The improvised uprising disrupts the militia, as their leader is killed and his escorts gunned down by special forces. General Yang is captured again, changing the dynamics of the standoff and buying the villagers time to regroup.

Deaw storms the militia camp; a nuclear threat emerges

Deaw makes a desperate push through the militia camp in a last-ditch bid to halt the threat. A man left behind launches the nuclear missile toward Bangkok, triggering chaos and complicating the situation even further.

Deaw sabotages the missile control and diverts the threat

In a crucial move, Deaw destroys three laptops controlling the missile, causing it to go off course. The misdirected weapon crashes into the Gulf of Thailand south of Bangkok, nullifying the immediate danger.

Evacuation begins as time runs out

With the nuclear threat neutralized, Deaw and the special forces coordinate with the athletes and surviving villagers to evacuate Pha-thong before the village is destroyed. The clock ticks toward disaster as the attackers set the village to blow in less than five minutes.

Deaw returns to rescue Tup

As the countdown nears zero, Deaw makes a final, perilous attempt to rescue Tup, risking his life to save one more person amid the flames and collapsing structures.
