Silahis takes a liking to the gay Ricky and, after coming out himself, convinces the entire militia to return to their colonial-era town dressed in drag. Pedro, arriving in modern clothes and equipped with contemporary gear, causes a stir in the town, especially when Anna, Kidlat’s niece, who becomes infatuated with him, connects his arrival with that of a prophesied savior who will defeat Losipero, the demon leader of a troupe of monsters that has been harassing the town and abducting residents.

After Anna is abducted by monsters, Pedro sets out to attack Losipero’s lair, followed by the townspeople as he battles multiple creatures along the way. He reaches the lair just as Losipero stirs from slumber. After Pedro frees Anna, Losipero taunts him in battle, disorienting him and triggering a stronger, evil version of himself that he must defeat in a grueling fight.
