The night after the fundraiser, a hooded intruder breaks into a young girl’s room, stealing underwear, bras, and a beach photo. This pattern repeats, and in the next break-in the intruder’s face is revealed: Russell Williams himself, who steals similar items and even hides in a woman’s closet as she returns home. He leaves a message on her computer screen with poor grammar, hoping to throw investigators off the scent.
