Lorenzo Ferro (born 9 November 1998 in Buenos Aires, Argentina) is an Argentine actor, singer and songwriter who has quickly become one of the most recognizable young talents in Latin American cinema. He is the eldest son of celebrated actor Rafael Ferro and costume designer Cecilia Allassia, growing up in the upscale Belgrano neighbourhood where he was exposed to the arts from an early age. After completing primary education at a local Catholic school, Lorenzo attended the Jewish Institute ORT for high school, a setting that nurtured both his academic curiosity and his budding interest in performance. The combination of a theatrical household and a diverse educational background gave him a unique perspective that would later inform his eclectic artistic choices. Lorenzo’s professional breakthrough arrived in 2018 when he portrayed the notorious Argentine serial killer Robledo Puch in El Ángel, a role that earned him critical acclaim and introduced him to international audiences. He followed this success with a recurring role as Cristian Pardo in the third season of the gritty series El Marginal (2019), and later appeared as Alex Hodoyan in the third season of Narcos: Mexico (2021), demonstrating a versatility that spans crime drama, thriller and period pieces. Under the musical moniker Kiddo Toto, Lorenzo released his debut studio album Resfriado in March 2019, a self‑produced collection that mixes lo‑fi pop with introspective lyricism.
