Wanted (2016): Cast & Plot

Frank Garrett, a wealthy landowner, spends his last days in a troubling romance with Joanna, a woman living on the edge of society. On Garrett’s deathbed, he entrusts Joanna with a deed to the northern part of his ranch and a map, a risky inheritance that will soon come under fire from those who want control of the land. The moment Garrett passes away, Joanna finds herself at the center of a grim dispute. Sheriff Clayton seizes the opportunity to frame her for murder and attempted theft, and, urged by his craving for the deed, sentences Joanna to hang. The accusation is rooted in a desire to claim the valuable property, and the town’s justice system moves swiftly to seal her fate.
