The film opens with a disturbing incident at a lodge where a policeman rapes a young girl and then uses drugs as leverage to blackmail her and her boyfriend. After the officer leaves, he ends up in a car crash. In the chaotic aftermath, a computer-savvy intruder hijacks a TV channel owned by Rahul Oberoi and broadcasts the live murder of a police officer named Ramesh Sarniak, setting off a high-stakes race against time.

The investigation quickly centers on the ambitious cases brewing behind the scenes. The Assistant Commissioner of Police, Kabir Deshmukh, interrogates Rahul Oberoi while the sharp, principled lawyer Siya steps in to defend the case. Siya’s personal life adds pressure to the professional crisis, as she maintains a close, intimate relationship with her boyfriend, Ranbir Bajaj, a focused prosecution lawyer who becomes entangled in the scrutiny surrounding Rahul and the others.

As the inquiry deepens, Kabir Deshmukh identifies Karan Parekh, Rahul’s former business partner, as a prime suspect and tracks him to a hotel. There, the tense moment arrives as Karan is reported missing and then appears murdered on live television, revealing that Rahul and Karan were involved in the earlier rape of Rajni, a vulnerable employee in Rahul’s company. The ACP shares these revelations with Ranbir and Siya, who recall an older witness—the man who supposedly saved Rajni and filed a complaint. That witness, however, dies in a fire before testimony can be used, complicating the case further.

With Rahul seemingly uninvolved in the murders to this point, the police shift attention to Rajni as a suspect. Rahul makes a desperate attempt to flee the country, only to be bound by a life-threatening sugar spike that keeps him from leaving. The investigation then pivots to Mac, Rajni’s boyfriend, who appears tied to the string of murders, and the police realize the pattern points to a mastermind who is still at large.

As Rahul heads toward hospitalization, Kabir Deshmukh races to protect Rahul from a fatal outcome, while Mac guides Rahul to a location tied to the earlier killings. There, Rahul encounters Siya again, and she reveals a shocking truth: she was the one who killed Sarniak and Karan. She also exposes that the old man who helped Rajni was murdered by Rahul, Karan, and Sarniak, and she discloses that the old man was actually Siya’s father. With that revelation, Siya tries to finish the job by pushing Rahul’s sugar levels higher, but Rahul’s confession exposes a harsher reality: Ranbir Bajaj had been bribed by Rahul and Karan to save them and to orchestrate the murders.

Rahul dies, and Siya, heartbroken, walks away. The investigation then closes in on Siya as the killer, as Kabir Deshmukh uncovers the truth. Siya forcefully drags Ranbir Bajaj into the light and demands an admission of guilt, but Ranbir resists as Siya’s call to the police is traced and recorded. A fierce confrontation ensues, drawing in the authorities, and in the final clash, Ram [Kabir Deshmukh] and Ranbir Bajaj fight. The confrontation ends with Ranbir’s death, and Kabir Deshmukh makes the difficult decision to resign, choosing not to press charges against Siya and to set her free, acknowledging the tangled web of crime and loyalty that defined the case.
