An undercover agent, Tony Lewis, is hired by the Kochi police to locate drug dealers, setting the stage for a grim, procedural hunt through the city’s narcotics underworld. In the same unit, Mohan is also a policeman involved in the Narcotics control effort, grounding the story in a web of duty, pressure, and risk. The operation kicks into high gear when Tony raids one of Captain Raju’s facilities and uncovers a cache of smuggled items, a blow that ripples through the smugglers’ network and raises the stakes for everyone connected to the case.

That night, trouble follows Tony home as Babu Antony enters his house and kills the family’s pet dog, a brutal reminder of the violence that towers over their world. The danger seems to spill into the homes of others as the gundas infiltrate Sukumaran’s residence, restraining him and his family while masked intruders issue chilling warnings to stay cautious. Amid the fear, Raghuvaran’s character urges the need for solid evidence to bring the criminals to justice, emphasizing the moral weight of their mission.

In the midst of the fear, Urvashi, Urvashi, the sister of Sukumaran, develops feelings for Tony, adding a personal dimension to the professional danger that surrounds him. The emotional tension sits alongside the mounting risk as the smugglers press their advantage. On another front, Rajan P. Dev—a man who has already suffered the loss of his son to drug-related crime—receives a threatening call: the smugglers demand his cooperation, or his other son could also be pulled into their orbit.

Rajan P. Dev’s account of his son’s downfall—tied to the drug trade and the violence that accompanies it—becomes a fulcrum for the investigation, as he recounts the tragedy that has shaped his family. A meeting is arranged between the villain and Rajan P. Dev, with Raghuvaran secretly recording their conversation to build a case. The villain discovers the recording, launches an attack on Raghuvaran, and kills Rajan P. Dev, deepening the peril faced by everyone pursuing the criminals.

In the climax, Raghuvaran confronts the criminal network at the smuggling site and eliminates the villains one by one, a hard-won victory that comes at a high personal cost. The film closes with Raghuvaran driving away in a jeep, a quiet smile crossing his face as he shares a final moment with Urvashi, suggesting a fragile, if uncertain, reconciliation between duty and desire in the wake of the night’s brutal events.
