What Is Ubi Sunt About?
The premise of Ubi Sunt without spoilers.
A reflective essay exploring mortality and the passage of time, this project combines audiovisual research with urban exploration of a growing city. Through choreographed cinematography and a fragmented structure, it examines the intersection of memory and the present. Inspired by the Latin phrase "Where are those who were before us?", the film creates a cartography of an imaginary place drawn to the city’s margins, both social and geographical.
