Ramya and Ram cross paths in a life that blends simple happiness with growing complications. Ram, a vagabond who drifts through a range of jobs, shares a cheerful, almost carefree existence with his father, a diligent lawyer. Their budding romance soon faces a web of family ties and political pressure, testing the resilience of their feelings and the choices they make along the way.

Things take a dramatic turn when Ramya asks Ram to help Dr. Rakshitha elope from her father, MLA Soorappa, who has already arranged a marriage between Rakshitha and the Home Minister’s son, Rahul. Reluctantly, Ram agrees and steps into a double life, masquerading as Dr. Mahesh to blend into the hospital where Rakshitha works. This ruse begins to reveal the consequences of the relationships around him: Ram discovers that Ramya’s intentions may not be as pure as they seemed, and that her plan was tied to reuniting with Rahul—someone she and Ramya both dearly loved.

As the escape unfolds, Rakshitha herself chooses to elope with her lover, Dr. Prem, a surgeon who stands by her side against the objections of her powerful family.
