What Is The Winsome Widow About?
The premise of The Winsome Widow without spoilers.
After Salvatore is killed in a car accident, his striking wife Catherine sets out to collect his massive inheritance. Since he left no will and was known to be sterile, the law mandates that she may inherit only if she gives birth to a son within three hundred days; otherwise the fortune passes elsewhere, to the state authorities.
