The film follows Alia Jessica Mila, a curious young woman who, while showering, senses a ghostly observer behind her. For nearly a year, Mirah Jelita Callebaut has trailed Alia and her sister Abel Bianca Hello, igniting a desire in Alia to uncover Mirah’s past and help the restless spirit find peace. Guided by her spiritual adviser, Mrs. Windu Citra Prima, she discovers psychometry—the ability to glimpse a person’s history by touching objects. She tests this gift on Mirah’s necklace and is drawn into vivid visions: a brown mansion that feels too large for a normal family, and a looming warning of a future where water magic accompanies her sister’s death.

Shocked by the vision, Alia rushes home only to find Abel dead, with Mirah’s shadow lingering nearby. Grief presses her to seek meaning in a new place, and she begins volunteering at an orphanage run by Mrs. Lakshmi Sophia Latjuba and Mr. Fadli Jeremy Thomas. The mansion they tend is the very one that appeared in her dreams, a haunted space that seems to cradle both the living and the dead. There, she meets Nadia Nabilah Ratna Ayu, a teenage girl with an opened third eye who can see ghosts with naked eyes. The two form a bond, sharing their fears and secrets, and Nadia’s presence rekindles Alia’s longing for Abel.

Together they uncover the ghost Darmah Hadijah Shahab, locked away in a room and driven by a desire for vengeance. When Alia and Nadia release Darmah, the house erupts in supernatural disturbances. In dialogue with Darmah, the friends learn that she seeks recognition for the truth about the mansion’s dark history. Mrs. Lakshmi confesses that Darmah is her niece and Mirah the sister, both victims of a family tragedy that remains unresolved.

The investigation points toward Mr. Fadli as the architect of the family’s ruin: a man who killed Mirah and her daughter Darmah to hide an extramarital secret and a painful lie from his wife. The web of lies tightens as Alia discovers that Fadli also killed Abel to keep his secrets safe. In a wrenching moment, Darmah reveals the truth, and Alia confronts Fadli. Abel appears in a heavenly interlude to counsel forgiveness, suggesting that revenge only compounds pain. The vision implies that Mirah has reached heaven, free of bitterness, while Fadli’s actions lead to a grim downfall.

Darmah, inhabiting a living vessel, enacts justice on Fadli, sealing his fate. Nadia, who had been gravely wounded, is revived by Abel’s touch, a testament to mercy bridging the living and the dead. A daydream shared by Mrs. Lakshmi hints at healing as she envisions adopting Nadia, giving the girl a loving home at last. Meanwhile, Mrs. Windu returns to guide Alia and Nadia in managing their third eyes and explains that the Netherworld portal must remain closed to keep the peace between worlds. A faint call from the past—an unseen girl asking to play—lingers in the mansion, a reminder that spirits still inhabit the place and that the living must learn to coexist with them.
