What Is The Thieving Hand About?

A one‑armed street peddler spots a wealthy passerby who has dropped his ring and returns it. Grateful, the man escorts the peddler to a curious shop that sells artificial limbs and purchases a brand‑new arm for him. The peddler soon discovers the prosthetic acts on its own, leading to a series of awkward and embarrassing mishaps.
