Primo and Georgina are two young lovers who unexpectedly inherit a house from Georgina’s guardian, Tita Lola. Before her death, Tita Lola asks them to care for each other and the property, a gentle reminder that their relationship and the home are tied together. After she passes away, the couple moves in, rolls up their sleeves, and begins refurbishing the old house, dreaming aloud about the life they might build there.
Primo pursues a path as an Original Pilipino Music (OPM) musician, pouring his heart into melodies and performances, while Georgina studies medicine with the hopeful aim of becoming a doctor. Georgina admires Primo’s passion and unwavering commitment to his dream, and she stands by him as he chases gigs, practice sessions, and the long hours that come with chasing a creative vocation. At the same time, Georgina dedicates herself to her studies, imagining a future where she can heal others.
Yet as their love deepens, the pressures of real life begin to press in. Primo’s recurring shortcomings—missed opportunities, unreliable moments, and the strain of balancing art with responsibility—start to weigh on their bond. The two navigate the fine line between support and strain, between shared dreams and the daily realities that make those dreams hard to hold onto. What began as a bright partnership slowly tests the limits of patience, trust, and endurance, and the couple faces more conflicts than they anticipated.
Eventually, the relationship fractures, and they part ways. Years pass, and the once-shared home becomes a silent witness to the choices they made and the life they built apart from each other. When they decide to put the house on the market, they begin the bittersweet process of clearing out belongings and letting go of a chapter that shaped them both.
In the midst of sorting through memories, Georgina stumbles upon a birthday gift Primo had given her—a vinyl record she had set aside after their breakup. Alongside it is a heartfelt letter in which Primo apologizes for his failures and acknowledges all the sacrifices Georgina made for their relationship and for him. The gesture is tender and sincere, revealing a depth of feeling that had not fully disappeared with time.
Moved by the revelation and the honesty of Primo’s words, Georgina feels the old connection rekindle. The film closes on a hopeful note as they come together again, overcoming the years of distance, sharing a quiet moment, and sealing their renewed bond with a kiss. The story lingers on themes of love, resilience, and the enduring pull of a life you build together, even after separation.
