The Curtain Rises 2015
A high school student named Saori participates in her school's playgroup in a small provincial city. When a new drama teacher, Yoshioka, joins the staff, she inspires Saori and her friends – Yukko, Garuru, Nakanishi, and Akemi – to compete in a play competition. Initially, their goal is to advance through the regional rounds. However, Yoshioka, who has experience performing in college plays in Tokyo, encourages them to aim higher and consider the national competition.
