Spoilers ahead
The film blends elements from several original films into a wild, campy crime-capade led by Starrbooty. In the middle of a fierce karate clash, she receives word that her adopted niece, Cornisha, has been kidnapped, setting off a chain of events that mix humor, danger, and over-the-top heroics. With help from fellow crime fighter Agent Page Turner, Starrbooty starts to untangle a far-reaching plot that centers on a billion-dollar cosmetics company used as a front for kidnapping prostitutes and selling their organs on the black market. A shocking revelation then upends everything: Annaka Manners—the cunning mastermind behind the operation—is actually Starrbooty’s long-lost sister, and Cornisha is her daughter.
