Santosh starts the film by arriving at a church to confess his life, but he decides to tell his story to his best friend instead, explaining that he can’t bear the sins of today’s youth. He then sits down with his friend and his wife, Andallu, to recount the journey he’s lived so far, hoping their listening will bring him comfort and perhaps earn them a blessing from God.

[Santosh] is a carefree playboy who lives for the thrill of chasing girls and has little faith in the idea of marriage. His father watches his attitude with worry, and Santosh admits he dreams of a world filled with women. At a friend’s wedding, he meets a woman named Geetha who resists his charms. He continues to pursue her, sometimes crossing lines, and tries to win her over by presenting himself as serious about love. Geetha tests his sincerity, and he accepts the challenge. He even spends time at a girls’ hostel, convincing himself that his dream might come true. Through a series of humorous situations, he slowly realizes that life without real human connections is hollow. He begins to value women and forms friendships with the women around him, eventually reconnecting with Geetha.

One dramatic turn involves Geetha’s past as a long-lost connection—an arranged marriage that Santosh once tried to derail—leading to a situation where her husband attempts to kill himself. This episode makes Santosh confront the consequences of his behavior, and he learns that Geetha had relationships with other men. He apologizes and starts repairing the damaged relationships. Geetha, moved by his growth, tells him that he has passed her tests. For a while, it seems he has won her heart, but Geetha soon disappears, leaving Santosh both hopeful and puzzled. After the flashback, he maintains that he truly loves her and cannot explain why she left him.

Parallel to Santosh’s narrative, a rehabilitation center hosts Dr. Anjali, who presents on obsessive-compulsive disorder and explains how she once treated Santosh without realizing his true identity. She shares that she has sent her findings to the US to pursue a fellowship. When she unexpectedly encounters Santosh again in the center, now there for treatment, she questions her approach. Rival doctors seize the moment to challenge her methods. Meanwhile, Ekaambaram and Andallu return to the scene in search of a distant relative and reveal that Santosh had been acting as a mentally disabled patient to win Anjali’s heart, working through his father to get close to her. Andallu tells Santosh that hearing his story has made her pregnant, a development that rekindles his determination to win her over. After a string of comic moments, Anjali realizes she loves Santosh, accepts his proposal, and a fire breaks out in the center. Santosh rescues her, confesses everything, and the couple finally comes together.
