Genaro Fausto Mata is a peculiar hotel employee who also works for Massimo Borghetti in the role of Giuseppe. In his spare time, he pursues the title of Sanky Panky as a way to charm foreign visitors. His girlfriend, the Morena, yearns to formalize their relationship and pull him out of that world. The balance of his life tilts when a strange and powerful Italian family arrives at the hotel, shuffling loyalties and raising the stakes for everyone involved. The tangled web deepens with the return of Martha Zdenka Kalina, the American woman who loves Genaro and comes back to the Dominican Republic with a surprising twist.
