Samurai Cop 2: Deadly Vengeance 2015

In 1991, after taking down the Katana crime organization, LAPD Detective Joe Marshall [Mathew Karedas] plans to settle down with his girlfriend Jennifer [Kayden Kross]. But their quiet future is shattered when a park encounter ends with Jennifer’s murder by a young boy.

Twenty-five years later, Katana boss Fuj Fujiyama [Gregory Hatanaka] has rebuilt his syndicate into a powerful multinational network, and he is entangled in a brutal war with the Shinjuku and Ginza clans. He informs his Vice President Doggé Sakamoto [Bai Ling] and the rest of his inner circle that the conflict has awakened a long-missing Joe, and they must defeat him to secure the clan’s future.

Following the murder of a senator at the hands of Katana agent Hera [Lexi Belle] and Katana’s massacre of the Shinjuku at a nightclub, Joe’s old partner Detective Frank Washington [Mark Frazer] is led to a secret compound 400 miles from Los Angeles and reunited with Joe, who has lived in exile since Jennifer’s death. After dispatching a small squad of ninjas at the compound, Joe reluctantly agrees to re-team with Frank once the case is reopened for his vengeance. He is reinstated as a detective and proposes to set up surveillance on the warring clans. At the same time, he begins a tentative relationship with Milena Roberts [Mindy Robinson], a brunette woman who bears an uncanny resemblance to his late Jennifer.

During a surveillance mission, Joe enters a nightclub and is surprised to be greeted by a blonde Milena before a firefight erupts between the Katana and Ginza factions. Frank warns Joe that Milena is not who she claims to be. The next day, Frank is suspended for failing to stop the war, and the case shifts to FBI Agent Carter — who is secretly the Ginza’s new leader. Undeterred, Joe and Frank decide to operate outside the law to wipe out both clans at their hidden base known as The Complex.

Joe storms The Complex, facing the Ginza clan; Carter is shot by Mola Ram, leader of the Yick Lung clan. Joe kills Fuj Fujiyama and his henchwomen, then defeats Doggé in a sword fight. Linton Kitano [Tommy Wiseau], the new leader of the Shinjuku, confronts Joe and is quickly defeated, but confesses to murdering Jennifer twenty-five years earlier. Milena intervenes, revealing that she is Linton’s sister and that she and Linton used Joe to infiltrate Katana and help the Shinjuku become the country’s sole clan.

A disillusioned Joe leaves The Complex and parts ways with Frank and Detective Higgins [Laurene Landon]. Lauren Kimura [Mindy Robinson], a former Katana henchwoman, approaches him with an offer to join forces, signaling a possible uneasy alliance for what comes next.
