After many years, [Damian Chapa] Pooch returns to his old New York neighborhood and teams up with his long-time pal [Scott Plank] Howard (Big Boy) to run the local rackets. As Big Boy plots to climb to the top of the neighborhood crime scene, he begins to see Pooch as a valuable and trustworthy asset in his ascent. The two men dive into the area’s drug trade, drawing in their longtime friend and ally Panchito Gómez Juanito to help them edge toward total control. Their goal is clear: seize power by any means and lay out a proposition to the mob behind it all.

But the plan takes a sharp turn when the truth about Pooch surfaces: he is a cop who has been charged with corruption, and he’s given one last chance to avoid jail by going undercover to clean up his old neighborhood. This revelation casts a heavy shadow over the reunion, turning familiar streets into a crucible where loyalty is tested and loyalty’s boundaries blur. Pooch’s undercover role pits him between two worlds—the badge he wears and the gang he once called family—creating a constant tension as he wrestles with where his true loyalties lie and what he is willing to sacrifice to stay out of prison.

The dynamic between the two friends becomes even more complicated with the arrival of Eva, an aspiring model described as a pathological liar. In a chance meeting at a health food restaurant, Eva enters their lives and becomes the focal point of a dangerous triangle. Eva’s charm draws both men toward her, and soon all three are entangled in a web of desire and shifting motives. Each man harbors his own agenda, and the bond they shared is strained as attraction, suspicion, and competing ambitions collide.

As the layers of deceit deepen, the trio’s relationships ripple outward, affecting decisions, trust, and the fragile balance of power in the neighborhood. What began as a chance reconnection to reclaim their territory evolves into a morally intricate saga where love, loyalty, and survival pull in opposite directions. The film lingers on the tension between doing what’s right and doing what’s necessary, painting a portrait of a community where personal loyalties are constantly tested by crime, confession, and the unpredictable pull of affection.
