The Royal Scandal continues to unfold a web of power, money, and old feuds, picking up where the previous tale left off. Aditya Pratap Singh is wheelchair-bound, wrestling with the aftershocks of his injury and the sting of his wife’s betrayal as he tries to reclaim some control over his life and his family’s fate. He bluntly tells his stepmother, Rani Maa, that Madhavi Devi—his wife—cannot produce an heir and is, in his words, only an “official” wife in a higher-stakes game of lineage and leverage. Rani Maa nudges him toward remarriage and shares a photograph of Ranjana, the daughter of a wealthy industrialist, setting the stage for a new alliance.

Meanwhile, the political and criminal undercurrents swirl around Indrajeet Singh, a once-ragged prince who has lost much but clings to his pride and his desire to restore his family’s honor. He is surrounded by a web of loyalists and rivals, including his cousin Paramjit Singh, who has found a foothold in the state police while Indrajeet navigates local politics from a large, dilapidated Haveli with his father, Jagat Pratap. Indrajeet courts attention by bribing a journalist to publish his photo at rallies, maintaining appearances even as deeper plans unfold.

Aditya’s life takes another turn when he crosses paths with Birendra Pratap, a powerful patriarch whose own ambitions intersect with Aditya’s. To force a marriage alliance, Aditya coerces Birendra by leveraging legal trouble for Birendra’s son, and Birendra reluctantly agrees to the union. Yet Birendra’s consent hides a more dangerous bargain: Indrajeet is asked to eliminate Aditya, with the condition that Ranjana will wed Indrajeet after Aditya’s downfall. Ranjana, a driven and modern woman, is initially smitten with Indrajeet, but her loyalties shift as the political and romantic currents tilt.

As the engagement party approaches, Aditya moves to consolidate power, invoking control over Madhavi’s office and the funds she depends on. Madhavi, an MLA who rarely visits her office and often drinks to cope with the pressure, becomes enmeshed in a clandestine exchange with Indrajeet—who sweetens the deal with money and influence—while Aditya pushes the state’s politics toward opposition to a major regional division. Madhavi flips sides by secretly aiding Indrajeet in his bid to deflect votes, or by supporting a shift in party allegiance that weakens Aditya’s grip.

Param, uncovering a different thread of Aditya’s operation, dismantles a gang that targets tourists, cutting off a key revenue stream for Aditya and pinning responsibility on Kanhaiya, the head of security whom Aditya relies on. Madhavi and Indrajeet deepen their illicit bond, and Indrajeet reveals his true mission: to erase Aditya from the picture. Madhavi agrees to destroy Aditya financially, but she insists that he remain unharmed physically, even as she slyly assists Indrajeet’s schemes.

The tension escalates when Ranjana visits the Haveli, and Madhavi, overhearing and discovering the tryst, slips away to confront the situation. Ranjana witnesses Indrajeet with Madhavi, provoking anger and a pivot in her loyalties. As Ranjana begins to stand by Aditya—physically and emotionally rehabilitating him and helping him rise from his chair again—Madhavi’s anger grows as Aditya’s hold over Madhavi’s funds and influence tightens.

With the battle lines drawn, Madhavi supports the CM’s plan to divide the state, openly opposing Aditya. In response, Aditya kidnaps MLA supporters who back the division, escalating the conflict to a dangerous brink. Madhavi, seeking to turn the tables, asks Indrajeet to kill Ranjana; Indrajeet tries to enlist Ranjana to steal Aditya’s gun for a hit, but Ranjana refuses to cooperate and instead chooses to marry Aditya, rebuffing Indrajeet’s advances.

Grief and guilt drive Indrajeet to a breaking point. He confides in Madhavi and, overwhelmed by betrayal and heartbreak, takes his own life with the gun he had hoped to weaponize. The fallout lands squarely on Aditya, who is arrested by Paramjit Singh for Indrajeet’s murder, setting the stage for a new chapter of reckoning in this tangled saga of power, love, and vengeance.
