Remembering the Man 2015
In 1976 Melbourne, at an exclusive Catholic boys' school, Tim Conigrave and John Caleo began a passionate and enduring romance. Their relationship, lasting 16 years, faced considerable disapproval and challenges, including temptation and separation, all while shadowed by illness. The story is based on Conigrave’s posthumously published autobiography, "Holding the Man," which has been adapted into a major Australian film by director Neil Armfield. It's a moving portrayal of first love and its ability to last through difficult circumstances.
