The film opens in a rural village with three childhood friends: Jagapati Babu as Krishna, Sampath Raj as Adinarayana, and Prabhakar. Adinarayana’s large, bustling family frames the early drama, especially when his elder sister Mamilla Shailaja Priya Priya gets engaged, only to elope ten days before the wedding. A painful misunderstanding casts suspicion on Krishna, and the once-strong bond among the trio collapses into deep-seated enmity, setting a rift that years later will still cast shadows over their lives.

Twenty-five years pass, and we meet Bhramarambha Rakul Preet Singh — the innocent, pampered, only daughter of Adi — who has grown up with little exposure to the wider world. Her upbringing is marked by protection and tradition, and she clings to a dreamy ideal of marriage, inspired by her grandmother’s tale of a prince who will come to rescue her. This narrow but loving world begins to feel cramped as she longs for something more, even as she remains unaware of the true measure of what she already possesses in her life.

Shiva, the son of Krishna, Naga Chaitanya Akkineni, enters her story when he crosses paths with Bhramarambha at Kishore’s wedding — a union orchestrated by Kishore, Vennela Kishore, Krishna’s other son. The moment is electric: love ignites at first sight, and the pair share moments of lighthearted banter and quiet confession. Yet their budding romance is soon tested by time and circumstance, and after a period of playful closeness, they are forced to part ways. Bhramarambha travels to Vizag, Shiva’s hometown, to continue her studies, and discovers that the city holds more than just memories of their encounter. The two spend a great deal of time together there, with she opening up to him about her life, even as she insists she isn’t looking for a relationship.

Shiva loves her deeply, but his fear of rejection keeps him from saying the words aloud. When they eventually clash, Shiva lays bare his true feelings and challenges her notion of a prince arriving to save her, urging her to recognize the value of what she already has. His honesty unsettles her, and she storms home in anger, later accepting a marriage proposal from a cousin out of frustration and disappointment.

The second half of the story unfolds as Shiva works to break through the walls that pride and tradition have built around Bhramarambha. He must navigate the longstanding feud between the two families and show her that a life together is possible, not just a dream to chase. It becomes a test of courage, patience, and faith as he strives to transform longing into a shared reality. Ultimately, the drama centers on whether Bhramarambha can see Shiva as her prince, and whether the families can lay aside old grievances to find a new, united path forward.
