Ten years pass as Buppha Chermarn Boonyasak is reincarnated as a young girl named Pla, abandoned by her mother and left in the care of a barber stepfather who frequently lashes out in anger. This grim start hardens her, turning her into a problem child who is viciously bullied at school and can’t quite find a safe, steady place to belong.

One day, fueled by rage, she slips a razor from her stepfather’s barbershop and begins lashing out at her classmates. After a violent outburst, she flees to Buppha’s apartment, where an unsettling encounter unfolds: she comes across a man who is masturbating, and Pla is murdered by him. In death, she becomes a restless ghost who haunts the very place she once knew, awakening Buppha’s own spirit and using it to exact revenge on all men.

As word spreads that the apartment block is haunted, the unoccupied flats turn into illicit casinos that draw trouble and greed. Enter Rung Mario Maurer, a good-looking man with a rare sixth sense that lets him see ghosts, who moves in after his girlfriend, Nam Rachwin Wongviriya, breaks up with him. Soon, the building’s death toll rises, and Rung and his friends find themselves pursued by the vengeful ghost of Pla.

Despite the escalating danger, a strange, fateful connection forms. One day, Rung encounters Buppha—the former tutor from his childhood—in a shared, communal space within the building. He is drawn to her, and a fragile romance begins to blossom. Yet the truth behind his beloved’s beauty lies in a dark, supernatural reality: she is the haunting spirit he must avoid. As the bond deepens, the ghostly danger becomes impossible to ignore, and the line between love and nightmare blurs. By the time Rung realizes the danger, it may be too late, and Buppha’s spectral hunt resumes with a merciless resolve.
