Ram Prasad and Lakshman Lucky Prasad are brothers with starkly different temperaments. Ram Prasad is a principled ACP who believes in upholding the law, while Lucky is a carefree, unemployed guy who often clashes with his sibling. The story centers on their battles against Madhali Shiva Reddy, a hardened mercenary turned politician who symbolizes the corrupt power that Ram is determined to stop as Shiva Reddy starts his political ascent following the death of Ram’s fellow officer ACP Sameer, who had been investigating him.

Luckier than his brother in temperament but luckier in life as well, Lucky encounters Spandana, the daughter of industrialist Bheem Prakash. In an elevator, he notices that she never reacts to danger or emotion, a strange stoicism that fascinates him. Even during a bank robbery, when a gun is pointed at her, Spandana remains calm. Curious, Lucky asks why she is so unflappable. Spandana explains that she stores all emotions inside herself, a discipline her father taught her to maintain control. Lucky, who is drawn to her, vows to change her perception of life and emotion.

As their paths cross more often, Spandana’s walls begin to crack. She gradually begins to show her feelings, and she returns Lucky’s affection. Ram learns of this budding romance and cautions his brother’s fiancé’s father that his daughter is involved with a lazy, spoiled man, a sting that instantly poisons Prakash’s opinion of Lucky. A heated row erupts between Ram and Lucky, culminating in a moment that shakes Lucky to the core: his mother slaps him for the first time. Enraged, he steals Ram’s jeep, taking with him incriminating files that could implicate Shiva Reddy. The move triggers a brutal fight when Shiva Reddy’s men mistake Lucky for Ram; the jeep is set ablaze along with the sensitive documents. Lucky defeats the goons and learns they planned to murder Ram. Fueled by fury, he abducts Shiva Reddy and leaves him hanging upside down from a tree before he is moved to a hospital.

Lucky Calms and Confesses. He visits Shiva Reddy’s father, Peddi Reddy, and confesses that his earlier hatred for his brother mask a deep brotherly love—an admission that reshapes his understanding of family. When Shiva Reddy regains consciousness, Peddi Reddy urges him to wait for the right moment to strike back at Lucky. In a bid to restore happiness for his brother, Lucky plans to reunite Ram with Shweta, the woman he once loved, so Ram can be free to live and not interfere with Lucky’s own romance. After a sequence of humorous twists and emotional moments, the plan appears to work.

But the politics of revenge intervene. After Shiva Reddy is elected as an MLA, he uses his position to settle scores with Lucky’s family. Ram is suspended on a false sexual harassment charge, and their home is demolished on charges of illegal construction. Ram learns that Lucky stole his jeep, leading to a furious confrontation that ends with Ram disowning his brother and pushing him out of the family.

The cycle of vengeance escalates when Shiva Reddy abducts Lucky, brutally beating him and leaving him suspended again from a tree. Lucky survives and hatches a bold plan with the help of Govardhan, the Home Minister who owes Lucky for the political favors he gained thanks to him. Pretending to suffer from cancer and claiming he has only two days left, Lucky coerces Govardhan into granting him a “special officer” status and undertakes a 12-hour ritual to secure his survival. He forms a rogue team of police officers led by Kill Bill Pandey, and they proceed to dismantle Shiva Reddy’s power base, unaware that Lucky’s new “authority” is a sham.

When Govardhan’s prayers end and the CM is confronted with the consequences, Govardhan seeks Ram’s help. The clash intensifies as Lucky and his makeshift unit fight Shiva Reddy in a dramatic showdown. Just as Lucky gains the upper hand and cuffs Shiva Reddy, Ram appears and also cuffs Lucky, turning the situation into a political nightmare. The CM and Govardhan press for a public hanging of Lucky for his illegal actions and the humiliation he caused, but Ram argues that the people would not accept killing the man who exposed the truth about Shiva Reddy. He provocatively reveals that the public intended to re-elect the same government in the next election, letting Lucky leverage that reality.

Sensing an opportunity, Lucky uses public sentiment to force the CM and Govardhan to maintain the special-force unit and grant his brother—and other officers—full police powers. The plan buys time and keeps Shiva Reddy from being punished, but in a tragic twist, Shiva Reddy is killed by Rajeev, a figure who had previously been forced to kill ACP Sameer. The personal and political vendetta finally settles into a tense stalemate, and the brothers find themselves reconciled with family and friends, highlighting the complicated loyalties that define their world.

The film closes with a complicated sense of closure: the brothers reunite with their loved ones, bearing the scars of a battle waged on multiple fronts—between duty and desire, emotion and restraint, loyalty and ambition. The story blends action, humor, and family drama to explore how two very different men navigate a corrupt political landscape while trying to protect those they care about.
