Beera Munda is a notorious bandit who rules the town of Laalbati with a rough, unspoken code and a parallel government run by his brothers, Mangal and Hariya. The film opens with a bold, high-stakes stunt: Beera’s gang distracts the police and sets vehicles ablaze as he launches off a cliff into the water, a stark reminder of the danger he embodies. During a boating trip, Ragini Sharma, played by [Aishwarya Rai Bachchan], is kidnapped by Beera, and her husband, Dev Pratap Sharma, a dedicated superintendent of police, is alerted to the crisis. The tension is immediate, and the stage is set for a clash between Beera’s maverick justice and Dev’s earned authority.
