Tom Latham, an amiable psychopath, leads The Living Dead, a violent youth gang that includes his girlfriend Abby. Tom Latham dabbles in black magic and spends much of his time at The Seven Witches, an ancient Surrey ruin formed by a circle of standing stones that evokes Stonehenge.

His mother, Mrs. Latham, and her sinister butler Shadwell conduct séances in their home as they worship the Frog God.

Tom’s father vanished in a mysterious room shortly after Tom’s birth. On his eighteenth birthday, Tom enters that room and encounters the Frog God, an event that sets his life on a dark course.

Following this, Tom commits suicide and, with his mother’s help, returns from the dead. Once undead, he becomes immune to death and displays remarkable strength as he massacres people at a local pub.

Gradually, the biker gang members themselves choose death to join the undead, gathering again at The Seven Witches to plot a campaign of terror against locals. Abby refuses to participate.

Police Chief Inspector Hesseltine, overwhelmed by the wave of biker killings, suspects that someone is looting corpses and even releases a false report that Abby has died.

Hesseltine and his force set a trap for the culprit when he comes to claim Abby. The Living Dead kill the policemen and capture her, but Tom’s mother decides to break her bargain with the Frog God.

The gang pressures Abby to take her own life, but she defies them and shoots Tom, who remains immune. As Tom closes in on Abby, his mother performs a ritual that breaks the pact. She is transformed into a frog, and the undead bikers crumble into stone, becoming new statues at The Seven Witches.

Abby is left alone, surrounded by those who were once her friends.
